While the masses are generally wringing their hands covering the economy, hooking up with an effective real estate investing course can give you the tools you need to survive and in many cases prosper.

How can anybody be so sure that with a real estate bubble that may be deflating before our especially eyes? I thought real estate was in the aquarium. Well, it is -- kind.

Retail Real Estate Has got Bust

Let me share with you a little known market that is exploding at this time. It may be little known, but it's definitely not little. It's growing almost exponentially.

All the economical news being reported is definitely bad. But that leaves most people in the dark about genuine opportunities in the wholesale housing market right now. A lot of people are doing extremely well and you can learn from them the right way to do the same.

The demand is big right now for old, run-down, ugly houses. The same forces that are ravaging the traditional real estate market, are propelling the wholesale market into hyperspace.

The difficulty of getting a financial loan is, of course, wreaking havoc with the traditional housing market. That's where homes are listed and sold using a realtor using the Multiple listing service (MLS). That venue is very slow right now.

Wholesale Real estate is Booming

What's a wholesale market? This may be new to you, so let's define our stipulations.

There is a substantial market of residential transactions that occur away from the MLS. These are beneath the radar and called "wholesale" because there is no realtor middleman involved. Foreclosures are part of it, but not an entire story. Consider this:

Owners of dilapidated second homes are being pressured by the economy to sell those properties. Many of them need cash. Typically, they don't owe a lot on their old, run-down houses. These are often second homes.

Rehabbers and developers are looking for old, run-down second homes to fix up and sell or rent. Because of the recession not many new homes are increasingly being built. Builders are looking for ways to keep their crews busy. These are rehab projects they would have ignored just a few months ago.

When it comes to housing, a lot of people are adjusting their expectations down a notch or two because of the economy. Foreclosures and the difficulty of getting a home loan have created a boom while in the rental market.

A great deal of people have cash or liquid assets to support finance these deals. The smart investors currently have pulled their money out of traditional investment vehicles. They are looking for a way to obtain that money working again.

Can you see the potential here? People are essential to facilitate the deals in this emerging market. A catalyst is needed to bring all the aspects together.

And that's where you are available. You can be that catalyst. You can often be a House Hunter or Obtain Agent. Eventually, after you will enjoy your feet wet, you can step up to working to be a full-service real estate real estate investor.

But to be that catalyst you require some knowledge. There's some huge cash in real estate, but it can bite you if you ever get careless. You need specialized knowledge for you to can't get at college or maybe from reading a publication.

Most people already have their heads crammed with knowledge. They need a special kind of real home investing course. They need an apprenticeship that mixes

An emphasis on in-the-field exercising
Access to an expert when you need him
Enough book learning to fill in the breaks

A year of that kind of education is worth 3 years of college coaching. Easy. A year of these kind of education may make you dangerous. The apprenticeship approach puts you in the field practicing your buy and sell, studying a few suitable books and websites, with access at any time to an expert advisor.

That's the way people helpful to learn a trade before college became all the rage. But think about how many high school drop outs find themselves running big companies. The skills required to do well for a student may not coincide with the skill set of a business.

Often the college grads end up working for the big schoolers. Which would you actually rather be?

Just ask a few of these wealthy individuals who under no circumstances graduated from college:

Walter Cronkite (CBS News)
Ted Turner (Turner Networks)
Jay Van Andel (Amway)
Steve Jobs (Apple Computer)
Debra Fields (Mrs. Fields Cookies)
Michael Dell Dell (Computer)
Bill Gates (Microsoft)
Paul Allen (Microsoft)
Richard (DeVos Amway)
Stephen Spielberg (Movie Director)

And there are tens of thousands more. It's like an patient who skips college and goes on to the pros because that's the spot that the money is. With tuition costs in the stratosphere these days, that's what more and more people are saying about institution.

Why bother? Do you really strive to be saddled with tens of thousands of dollars in student mortgages? If you decide you need or want it you may always pick it away later. And spend spring break at your beach house in the actual Bahamas.

It's a no-brainer, isn't it? So find an agreeable real estate investor, who'll take you under his wing and let you enroll in his personal real estate investing course. Ask him what you can do to make life a lot easier for him and no doubt he'll put you to your workplace as a house seeker.
